Regenesis Wellness is committed to providing high-quality products and services. Due to the nature of wellness, medical-grade, and personal care products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, opened or used supplements, vitamins, peptides, injectables, skincare or topical products, and prescription products are not returnable. If a product is received damaged or defective, customers must notify Regenesis Wellness within 48 hours of purchase or delivery and provide proof of purchase and photos; if approved, a replacement or store credit may be offered at our discretion, and refunds are not guaranteed. All services, treatments, memberships, and packages are non-refundable once rendered. Regenesis Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
